OUR PRODUCT CERTIFICATIONS

Technologic Center servomotors comply with the minimum safety requirements, as specified in the currently applicable EEC DIRECTIVE No. 89/336, with regard to electromagnetic compatibility.

They also comply with provisions of art. 5, clause 1 of DIRECTIVE No. 2002/95/EC, dated 27.01.2003, as implemented by Leg. Dec. No. 151, dated 25/07/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions (RoHS), as well as DIRECTIVE No. 2003/11/EC, dated 06.02.2003 (WEEE).

Furthermore, the seals used in the valves conform to FDA 21 cfr.§ 177.1550 (Food and Drug Administration).

All Technologic Center products are covered by an international insurance designed to protect the user.

The range essentially includes six different types of drive motors, classified according to the range of services that they may be required to perform:

TCR for ½" and ¾", 2-way valves

Simple, compact, economic and extremely reliable, this is the leading product of our range. Having already manufactured tens of thousands of these items to date, this model is mainly used by equipment and cooking oven manufacturers to automate the process of washing industrial kitchen ovens.

TCN for ½" - ¾" and 1", 2-way valves

This article preserves technical characteristics and reliability of the model TCR but it is different for the new coupling system between valve and actuator and for the new anti-burst valve. It is suitable to use in baking ovens and in hydraulic and industrial applications.

This product is equipped with a bi-directional motor and a new coupling system between actuator and new anti-burst valve.

It allows the choking of the flow. It is suitable to use in baking ovens and in hydraulic and industrial applications.

M2000 for ½" and ¾", 2-way valves

Its limited size and compact shape make it particularly suitable for manifolds, heating systems and industrial applications. This servomotor also allows the valve to be controlled manually controlled in the event of an emergency.

TC for 2-way valves from ¾" and 1"

Also equipped with manual control, this servomotor is suitable for utilisation in both heating plant and industrial systems of various types. Versatile and reliable, by special request it can also be manufactured with numerous variations on the standard model.

TC BID for 2-way valves from 1 ¼" and 1 ½"

Suitable for use in industrial plants, this model is equipped with a bi-directional motor to satisfies specific flow sectioning requirements.

TCF for 2", 2-way valves

A powerful and reliable servomotor with a high torque rating, its greatest feature is the great durability of its carbon-nitride steel gear train. Purely for commercial reasons, this article is only sold in conjunction with 2", 2-way valves, even though the power and durability of the gears would in fact allow its use to power valves of larger dimension and high differential pressures.
